Heinz Holding GmbH protects very strictly the personal data. We would like you to know, when and which data we store and how we use them. Our company is acting subject to the regulations of the Federal Law for Data Protection (BDSG).
We met technical and organizational measures in order to guarantee that the regulations concerning the data security are followed both by us and by the external services.

Personal data
Personal data are information which can be used in oder to find out your identity, such as real name, address, postal address, telephone number. Information which are not directly refering to your real identity (i. e. favorite web site or number of users of a site) are excluded. You may use our on-line offer without indicating your identity. If you use the on-line forms of this web page, we ask your name and other personal data. You are free to decide, whether you enter these data or not. We store your data on special protected servers in Germany. The access is allowed only to a few particularly authorized persons dealing with the technical and commercial server support. Data for safeguarding purposes are stored in connection with your access on our servers, allowing a possibly identification (for example IP address, date, time and visited sites). There is no personal user evaluation. Statistic evaluation of anonymizated data reserved.

Disclosure of personal data to third parties
We use the personal data information exclusively for product orders within the Heinz Holding GmbH as well as the affiliated companies. Such data can be diclosed to third parties subject to your express agreement. In case data are disclosed to service companies in the context of the order data processing, such a disclosure is subject to the Federal Law for Data Protection (BDSG), other law regulations and to the Privacy Policy acc. to the contract stipulations of Heinz Holding GmbH. As far as we are committed legally or by court, we will pass your data to authorized services.

Cancellation right
If you let us have your personal data, you can delete them again at any time. Data for accounting and invoicing purposes are not affected by cancellation and/or deletion.

Children
Persons under 18 years may transmit personal data subject to their parents’ or parent guardians’ agreement. We ask for no children personal data, we neither collect nor disclose such data to third parties.
